Todays cals and steps. My knee is hurting real bad, so i couldnt do much. I have booked an appointment at a physiotherapist to see if they can help me, Since its only been getting worse over time. Im gonna do a 24h fast, gonna try to go longer but we'll see.

Im gonna do a liquid (?) fast for as long as I can so here are my rules - 350 cal max a day - Dont have to exercise but i will try - Gummy vitamins are the only thing i can eat (because i need them) - Yogurt is allowed but no add-ins - I can c/s but i have to wash my mouth out

First day of liquid fast/soft foods. Cals + steps. I am allowing myself protein powder, pb2, honey, Yogurtand such as it can be made in to a liquid or is fluid enough to count as a liquid in my opinion.

Ended my fast this morning with 1 and a half of my moms pancakes. She looked at me like the entire time from afar, it really made her happy to see me eat her food. Gonna start another liquid diet tomorrow!
