Left Liverpool at 11.00am in glorious sunshine…arrived in Windermere where it was overcast, raining and cold…but there’s no growth in comfort… My longest open water swim…2 miles in Windermere 1hr 20mins. The IM swim will be 2.4 miles…gains are showing #strongerthanyesterday
