Today I interviewed Neil Clarke, Founder of sci-fi mag clarkesworld. This is a paying market that is open year-round and does not charge fees. No fees and paying writers is the norm with sci-fi magazines. Why? Because writers not only refuse to pay fees, they collectively

Pro tip: If you save your document, minimize it but do not close it, overnight it comes alive and your 400-page novel finishes itself! Or so I've heard.

I invited LMN readers to submit a story to me for critique. 10 stories would be selected at random. I gave clear instructions for how to send stories to me. The one person who did not follow the guidelines...is a lit mag editor. 😂 I love it here.
