About the weekend......

So yesterday I cooked on my lil ChudBox style pit for the first time (see earlier tweet). Tonight I did oak smoked hot salmon and roasted new potatoes with garlic oil. The taste and smokiness is insane. The sense of achievement is immeasurable.

Switched from Virgin Mobile to O2 after the buy out. Was promised the World. Now I have a phone with awful coverage and a bill that is so much more than I signed up for. Not happy.
