ADT is fraudulently taking money out of my account and will not resolve my issue no matter how many times I call. I will never refer any of my neighbors to ADT. I will be filing a small claims suit against this company for poor business practices and breach of security.

I have tried to handle this matter appropriately, and I was not able to do that with not one customer service associate.  ADT you are despicable, and you can not protect anyone because you are the thief.

I got an email stating my account was canceled from ADT presidential exec. I called to confirm this was a Lie WSB-TV. I paid one account off, and they locked me into another. I was billed for two accts at the same time. One at an address that I sold and a apt. Make it make sense

My acct was supposed to canceled per presidential Exec ADT I called to confirm. I was told it was not canceled so ADT is now proven to be a fraud and a liar. FOX 5 Atlanta Tried to handle this matter appropriately!!

I am absolutely appauld how ADT is doing fraudulent business. Atlanta News First Atlanta folks beware of ADT make sure if u bought a house that the person who sold it can 👀 your coming and going courtesy of ADT
