After phoning 111 and not getting a call back after waiting 18 hours I decided to take my little one to a&e and it was the best decision I made. She’s now home with the right treatment and I can’t praise paeds a&e at Derriford any more! Wonderful and friendly staff!

It takes an awful lot of guts to tell someone something like this to their face. You can hear the courage in her voice. But well done you, whoever you are, I think you’re brilliant
