Collectively, we can Accelerate Action for gender equality. Step forward in solidarity for International Women's Day (IWD) 2025 on March 8 to help forging women's economic empowerment and supporting women and girls into leadership, decision-making, business and STEM.

This year we celebrated the IWD at Tameside. Over 12 Councillors attended our event to celebrate women from the past, present and future We felt supported and encouraged by Tameside’s Leaders and they worked closely with us to ensure that everything goes well and it went well.
