I was shilling ZEC in a group chat in 2023 with a bunch of normies (sub $20) and it’s wild that simply buying and hodling until now would have outperformed 98% of crypto natives.

Everyday some project I’ve never heard of does an airdrop with their holders printing. meanwhile a small fraction of the projects I’ve used in 5 years in crypto have airdropped pennies What are these and where are y’all finding them 🤣

In 2016 BTC core devs were in talks with ZEC devs to add privacy to BTC via the 2014 white paper called “zero cash”. Core BTC only rejected because the cryptography wasn’t battle tested. So, ZEC forked BTC with privacy. It’s been 9 years now, 2 halvings.
