Happy Diwali! 🪔 we learned about the festival of Diwali today and decided to make our own rangoli patterns. We took our learning outside and used leaves instead of rice 🍂

For Remembrance Day we learned about why people wear poppies and created poppy paintings with our classmates. We followed instructions and worked together really well! 🌺

We had a very important job to do today. We received a letter from an elf at Santa’s workshop asking that we write a persuasive letter to Santa! 🎅 We are hoping that he sends us an elf for the classroom 🤞🏼

Last week for @BPSStem we had fun learning all about coding with Scratch Team we worked with our peers to develop our projects and add exciting things like movement, voices and travelling!

Last week we learned all about young activists and created a poster inspired by them. We talked about our BPSRights and what we would like to change in our community. Some very powerful messages were used such as ‘save our future’ and ‘make everyone equal’. 🌍

We’ve had lots of fun this week for #languagesweekscotland learning to count and dance in other languages, write our names in a different alphabet and we even built famous landmarks! We even made our own flags! Miss Meikle & P7M Miss McGuckin and P1
