A first-of-its-kind crowdfunding scheme to support composers has just been launched, with support from Dame Judith Weir and Sir Simon Rattle, among other leading arts figures. The initiative, Music Patron, will make a profound difference in the lives of emerging composers. 👏

The official launch of Music Patron with Sound and Music was such a great event with so many interesting people gathered together including composers and those from the arts and philanthropic circles. At the end when most had left, a little dancing broke out. I loved it!
