github.com/zecoxao/pkgdec5 pkgdec5 for the ps5 released, extracts and decrypts the metadata entries from a ps5 sc pkg that are encrypted with entry 3 rsa keys. they also changed the algo from sha256 to sha3 256. props to keys friend and to Echo Stretch for the assistance
