can anybody watch TI11 replays? keeps crashing my Dota for me

Hm, since people seem to be confused—I'm not talking about this from a balance perspective. If balanced or not, I don't really care—it just doesn't make sense to me. What's the design goal, what's the flavor, what does it represent? It just feels arbirtrary.

Gotta be honest, I think I'm done with this platform. I don't really feel comfortable using it anymore, and it's only getting worse.
