As a former #DreamWorks employee, this is wildly tone deaf. NBCUniversal forced DWA to cut its staff by the hundreds & outsource to studios in other countries. Maybe the execs are happy, but def not the workers. And the free food was way better when DWA wasn't owned by NBCU.

I don't think people realize how incredible it is that a movie rendered in nearly real-time in free software on a single computer just won the Oscar for best animated film. If there was ever any proof you don't need AI, this is it.
