There are over 1,400 species of bats in the world, making up 1/5 of all mammal species and 1/4 of British mammals. Four of the UK’s 17 breeding bat species are red listed as being at risk of extinction. Learn more about UK bat species: buff.ly/3ubI3Cz

Warm weather has returned to many parts of the UK. Bats will be taking advantage of this to eat as many insects as possible before cold weather returns.
