Day 6 Heats 1/3 Women’s 100 Free Skye enjoyed her heat and goes into tonight’s Final (1) Sophie carried on her good form from last nights medal to make another final (7) Jasmine H looked to have one eye on the upcoming 800 Free (15)

D6 Heats 2/3 Women’s 400 IM The 4 girls swam very well in this pain filled event! The bitter sweet news that Oh Yes you’ve made the Final but Oh No you have to swim it again tonight! Amelia, Lexie O & Ruby (9,9,9!)with Chloe B first reserve (11)

D6 Ht 3/3 Men’s MC 200 Free Rio returns to Sheffield with a storming swim close to his PB to go into tonight’s Final (6) Women’s 50 Back Both girls were aiming for PB’s Nicole achieved just that making the Final later (7) Evangeline couldn’t improve on Seasons Best (16)

Jasmine H has been in a lot of events this week both individually and relays with at least 1 event each day often 2. She found the energy when it matter most today in the 800 and duplicated her silver medal achieved in the 1500 on Saturday Amazing - Well done Jas! 🧡

Amelia F followed just behind her teammate to finish 4th and will go into the 400 IM Final later. 🧡 Oh to be young and full of energy again!!!

Our bright shining star Skye never fails to impress and deliver no matter the stage. An impressive first 50 meant she was ahead at the turn and coasted into a 100 Free gold 🧡 With the 100 fly tomorrow is her medal tally over? I’m guessing it’s not!.. Amazing as always ⭐️

Day 7 and the last but no means least day of the Aquatics GB Summer Championships for Basildon & Phoenix. Finishing of the Champs with another 11 individual swims and 2 Relays!  Let’s finish strong!! 🧡 #PaintItOrange

The 4 x 100 Mtr Medley Relays are next!!!!….. Both 14-16 & 17+ squads field strong teams with all 8 being Finalists or Medal winners at these Championships 🧡 Good luck girls 🍀

The 14 - 16 Girls all swam well. Qualifying (5) for the final. Only 0.8 off 3rd so 4 strong swims later and you never know?! The 17+ finished 14th against a strong field of clubs and Universities

Our attention turns from the 50 Mtr pool in Ponds Forge 10 miles East to Rother Valley County Park for the Open Water Championships. Amelia F, Jasmine H & Chloe B come from a busy week in Sheffield. With Ava T joining them for her first Nationals appearance! Good luck girls 🧡

Ding ding round 2!! It’s now the turn for our 24 (yes that’s 24!!) English qualifiers to compete at Ponds Forge, Sheffield over the next 6 days. After today’s 1500’s we will have between 8 - 11 races a day to keep you up to date with! Good Luck to each and every one of you🧡

Congratulations to Mia L Women’s 17 - 100Mtr Silver Medalist Mia qualified this morning in 2nd place. In the final she pushed the winner all the way, swimming faster than the heat by well over a second to secure 2nd place! Great swim Mia 🧡
