2. This is after a long campaign in which we challenged the collection of country of birth and nationality data in the school census. #boycottschoolcensus #hostileenvironment

3. Earlier this year we heard that we successfully forced the DfE to delete all country of birth & nationality data

4. There is no justification for schools to demand evidence of pupils nationality now. As far as we are aware this is unlawful.
