Day 5. We tavelled to WRO2 & met OZZ Inicjatywa Pracownicza workers. The warehouses here are bigger than in 🇩🇪. Approx. 3000 work here & in peak seasons 5000, many tempworkers from 🇺🇦. Many 📦 go to 🇩🇪 but wages are less than 50 % here. We fight for same standards in 🇪🇺. ✊ #makeamazonpay

Over 450,000 workers have gone on strike so far this year. Two years ago, that number was ~44,000. That's an increase of over 900%. It’s a historic moment for the labor movement. Workers are done letting billionaires and corporations hoard all the wealth and power.

Today I've been at the second trial of Wolt riders in Berlin, who haven't received their wage. One rider achieved a compromise and got 1000 € from outstanding 3000 €. Regarding the lack of a labor contract in paper, etc. it was considered a moral win.
