Since we opened BCB back open last week, I’ve averaged 67 hours a week. I’m training my new crew(which I’m so excited about) and making sure everything goes great. 😊 it went great, with real minor tweaks.

When one person in a restaurant/bar/coffee shop is not friendly (hi, how’s it going?, thank you, hope you enjoy) I still tip because their teammates deserve it. But it does ruin my experience.
