Victorian Labor Premier Jacinta Allan has followed the lead of Queensland LNP Premier David Crisafulli in implementing Adult Crime, Adult Time laws. Crisafulli has been reprimanded by the UN for human rights violations related to this policy. Will the Allan Labor govt be next?

Last year, when the Crisafulli LNP brought forward their human-rights-violating laws, Queensland Labor did not oppose it. Now Labor seeks to implement it themselves in other states. Australia has a uniparty position on violating the human rights of children.
