B&Q I wish to log a formal complaint regarding me awful online order experience! The awful customer journey and how I have been left the in dark and been on excessive hold times.
B&Q 80 yo parents have had new kitchen fitted which they love. Worktops have failed and now fridge is broken. Has been for over two weeks now, failed repair and now you are delaying replacement. Who do I escalate this to, to get it sorted. Very shoddy service.
