This year, BALPA has successfully resolved several disputes through a range of approaches, including constructive negotiations with employers, facilitation via ACAS, and, where necessary, taking decisive industrial action. Only through BALPA can pilots achieve industrial change

Inflation-busting pay deals in mutliple companies was number 24 of our 24 wins for members this 2024. These outcomes are a testament to the collective efforts of our union and the strength of pilots standing together. Only BALPA can negotiate on pay for UK pilots.
