📟 CALLOUT 📟 At 15:40hrs today our pagers were set off to respond to a multi agency incident on the Lakes of Killarney where a vessel had run around. Shortly after tasking, and prior to our departure from Ballybunion, we were stood down as the vessel had refloated.

John, Mike and Kevin delivered over 20 meals by 4x4 to the elderly today in Ballyb, Ballylongford and Lisselton. Requests for assistance locally can be made by DM or via email - [email protected]. Emergency assistance can be requested via Listowel Gardaí

This AM we were requested by the Gardaí to search for a small boat which was afloat in the outer Shannon estuary. No persons were reported aboard and as a result, a shore search was commenced. The boat was located up river from Ballybunion and recovered by the Naval Service.

Massive congrats to Kevin, Pj, Derek and Gaz who passed their Advanced Powerboat Certificate with Safe Water Training today. A large undertaking at the end of last year and today but it has paid off with all four successful! #InshoreRescue #RescueTraining
