“Just mute them” Why? So they can be comfortable? As men we SHOULD be calling them out. They shouldn’t feel comfortable enough to say those things. They should be held accountable. They think it’s okay to say those things, because they aren’t challenged frequently.

How is it fair for ppl to have to mute comms to avoid sexism or racism? When such behaviour should not be normalized in the 1st place. Don’t ppl understand that more “safe” spaces attract more ppl?? Everyone wins.
