We were honoured that His Royal Highness Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh, accepted an honorary degree from our university in 1967. Today, we join with so many other organisations and individuals in expressing our sorrow at the death of the Queen’s beloved husband.

It was a pleasure presenting my research on neuronal ageing and the uses of superesolution microscopy yesterday at the FELS PGR symposium and even managed to bag myself a prize for best talk of the day! Biological Sciences University of Southampton

It’s great to finally get some positive data from very tricky biological samples at the The UK High-Field Solid-State NMR Facility University of Warwick I’m still surprised by the contrast in sizes between the sample probe and the magnet! Big thanks to Phil Williamson and Trent Franks who did most of the hard work.
