My favorite thing that Delta does is delay your flight for 9+ hours, then cancel it 1 hour before the next time provided, so you’re not only severely delayed, it’s impossible to find another flight. Then your online agent stops responding when helping me rebook. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
