These past days I’ve been reading books about financial #investing. Today I had the a conversation about investments and for the first time I didn’t feel lost. Now I’m love with my #indexfund. Some more time and I’ll be a millionaire. 😌

From Srikumar S. Rao I’ve learned how to shape my mental models. His Dent The Universe seminar was one of the best investments of my time this year. It opened the door for exploration of a spiritual side of mine that I didn’t even know was there and I feel much richer for it.

From Eric Edmeades I’ve learned how to properly satiate my hungers and completely revamped my relationship with food. After #wildfit, I feel better than ever and stay conscious with all my food decisions. I love starting my days with the #alkagizer!

From Alain de Botton I’ve learned how I was sabotaging my relationships with romantic ideals. Now I feel much more fulfilled with my partner as we understand that our happiness is our own responsibility.

From Brené Brown I’ve learned that having the courage to show up vulnerable is a sign of strength, not weakness. It is only because I know that I can withstand blows that I feel confident to take off my armor.

From Charlie Morley I’ve learned about the power of #LucidDreaming. I was able to experience it myself, hug my nightmares, find new meanings decoding them and now I truly believe it’s an amazing tool for personal understanding and a lot of fun to boot
