Today marks the end of what is surely one of the worst terms in #SCOTUS history. Guns and prayer and abortion got most of the attention. But that's not all the Court did. Here are just some of the Court's bad decisions:

SCOTUS this week:

- Only states can regulate abortion
- States can’t regulate firearms
- The Environmental Protection Agency can’t protect the environment
- States have power over Indian Country
- Miranda rights aren’t *really* necessary

What an unmitigated disaster.

Abortion is legal in California.

It will remain that way.

I just signed a bill that makes our state a safe haven for women across the nation.

We will not cooperate with any states that attempt to prosecute women or doctors for receiving or providing reproductive care.

NEW: We are proposing an amendment to enshrine the right to choose in the California constitution.

We can’t trust SCOTUS to protect the right to abortion, so we’ll do it ourselves.
