Healthy relationships are tight as fuck. It’s so cool to be able to be like “hey you’re doing these things that are really bothering me let’s address them and work on it.” And have it not end in arguing and insults. Communication is super attractive .

Today’s Twin Cities Marathon has been CANCELED. Runners got this email less than 3 hrs before the start of the race. What a gut punch.
