Hi Samsonite - five years ago I bought a set of Lite-Shock spinners which are great, except for one thing - the hinge. I've already had one of them mended under warranty and now another one has gone ... is this normal?

I ordered printer cartridges from Epson UK to be delivered to a UPS locker. No notification received but tracking shows it was delivered. Don't I need a code to open the locker? Why haven't they sent me a notification?

My parcel has gone to a locker but I can't get it UPS UK I can't file a claim because your system won't recognise the username/password combination that i have just updated. This is absolute rubbish.
