I refuse to work with 'personas'. They are made up and not actual users. We shouldn't be basing products on 'dream users' because in reality, every user is different and we shouldnt be segrating them. We should be working with problems and intent for every user. Personas are wack

If I said it a billion times it will never be enough: The user experience doesn’t end at the edges of the screen. Therefore a UX designer’s job & a UX researcher’s job shouldn’t be limited to what happens on screen, it should take in the entire context & any touchpoints involved.

Working with award winning designs at my workplace is definitely quite intimidating but a massive privilege. I am gonna learn as much as possible from them. Gotta ignore the status quo and focus what value I can bring to the team and the business :)

Little bit disappointed that XD don't have basic features like rulers or pages. The exporting to jpegs or pngs is a bit to be desired for as well. They really done well on the prototyping aspect but the design side of it needs a bit more tweaking
