This evening, Caroline and Tina took on Rabbit Run Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏃‍♂️ - a 7.5-mile trail race in Merthyr Mawr. Incorporating the Welsh Trail Championships, the race features some tasty dunes, plenty of mud, and even a river crossing! 🚣💦 Nice one, ladies! 👏🏼 🔴🔵 #ammanvalleyharriers
