Suitcase update: Air Canada has found and rerouted my bag. Should arrive 24h after me.

My hotel restaurant has banana juice on the menu. 😳 Also avocado juice. At the breakfast buffet I poured a glass of deep orange coloured juice…carrot. There’s a light green juice in a jug at the buffet…do I try it?

If they ever make White Lotus: Morocco the porter from my hotel should get a part. He’s so extremely likable and friendly…must be hiding dark secrets. 😂

Suitcase has made it to Marrakech! About to start the journey back to the airport to collect it. Unfortunately they don’t deliver in Morocco.

With every vacation I realize more and more that I’m a pool girlie and not a beach girlie. Or maybe I’m just doing beach wrong. But I end up salty and sandy and prefer the clean cool of a pool.

Rode the train from Marrakech to Casablanca today so of course I had to put some CSN in my headphones on loop for a bit. ;)

My checked bag weighed in at exactly 20.0kg at the Ryanair checkin desk. *whew* I bought a leather pouf in the souks yesterday after much hesitation.

Im in Seville, on a tram and just saw a woman in a skirt and heels cycle by on a cycle share bike in a protected bike lane. I like this city.

What’s frustrating about Google searches these days is that they just assume I want to *buy* something instead of *learn* something. 🙄

I’m digging Granada tapas culture. Ordered a beer and was served a small bagel with pork and a few chips, no extra charge. €3 for the beer.

The streets in this part of Granada are ruled by pedestrians, even though cars are allowed. I like it. Forces the cars to go slow. Makes it easier to bike or walk.

There’s a freakin’ Tim Hortons at Malaga airport in Spain. Was definitely not expecting that.

How is it that birds always seem to find their way inside airports? Just saw 3 inside terminal 3 in Toronto.

Does anyone know why there are pretty much no street signs in the heart of downtown St. John’s? Tourists are finding it hard to navigate without a frame of reference.
