Lord, I thank You that You are the perfect match for my every need. I am weak. You are strength. I am unable. You are capability. I am hesitant. You are assurance. I am desperate. You are fulfillment. I am confused. You are confidence. You are all that I need and so much more.

When I sit quietly with God instead of trying to figure everything out, He takes my anxiety & replaces it with His peace, wisdom & security. Lord, we hand our situations over to You. Humble us. Show us what steps to take. And help us to trust You with this every. single. day.

Choose friends who will believe in you, fire you up, teach you something new, challenge you instead of tell you what you want to hear, encourage you to shift outside what’s comfortable and push you to reach new heights.

I feel like this has been my prayers for a 1 1/2 yrs. Life keeps throwing crazy surprises at us.

Connecting our faith to whether or not God answers our prayers when and how we want is shaky ground. We must attach our hope and our affection firmly to who God is... not to what we want Him to do. Only then will we have hearts that are settled and secure.

Another great weekend for MacVB!! Team went 5-1 for the weekend earning a 2nd place finish. Congrats to Iyonna and Faith Sosa for earning All Tournament selections! The team is 12-6 overall and ready to conquer week 3 of competition before heading into district play.

Regular season ended with a perfect season 8-0 and large zone district champs. First time a team has gone back to back in school history! We are very proud of the hard work from this team but we have one more goal to check off next week at Comalander!🏆
