I don’t check in here that often now that I’m no longer moderating #scriptchat, but when I do, I’m reminded of how toxic this environment has become. I really miss 2009 when 4 strangers came together to help others learn about screenwriting.

I was sort of missing Twitter. And I wonder if a non-political, non-provoking tweet even gets noticed. Also, what’s a tweet called on X these days?

Just checking in on a Sunday morning. I never seem to see anyone I know or follow on here. It’s all people I couldn’t care less about.

I know it’s early 2024, but I already have my room for Vegas. Only I’m not going to Wrangler National Finals Rodeo I’m going to the WSTR. My stallion and his rider qualified last month.

My horse won the team roping at The Patriot Event on Tuesday. Dane Reed was riding him to win the #12. They won a chunk of cash and a saddle. This is a proud horse owner.
