Heartbreaking 💔 Today at 12:30 PM, in front of QRG Hospital, Faridabad, someone heartlessly abandoned their dog on the road. The car number is HR51 CF 2308. This is blatant animal cruelty. That poor dog is now at risk of being killed by traffic or attacked by other dogs.
