Incredible! What I would do to sit here on a Sunday afternoon with my family. It’s so…beautiful & human. And illegal on who knows how many fronts in America. When it comes to the built environment, America has become the land of authoritarian bureaucracy & forced inhumanity.

A trip to Spain back in 2011 before starting as an accountant at KPMG was, in many ways, the first spark of Building Culture. I'd grow up in the suburbs of Houston being taught America is at the pinnacle of all human civilization. When I saw all this, I knew I was wrong.
