Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is piloting a new intelligent ramp metering technology along I-25 between RidgeGate Pkwy and University Blvd to keep traffic flowing! Here's a pro tip- when metered, you can now use the shoulder on the Lincoln Ave/NB I-25 ramp to queue. youtube.com/watch?v=G3LLCr…

The world is getting warmer & so is Denver! The increase in CO2 from the burning of fossil fuels is trapping heat that would escape into space. Denver may have a climate more like Amarillo, TX by 2060 and more like northern Mexico by 2100! @denverchannel @climatecentral #cowx

I learned quickly that my new job was much more compelling than I’d thought. I wrote recently that the city beat sits at the intersection of imagination and reality: Our elected leaders and city staff map out a dream for the community, and then they try to make it come true.

Last night when sorting the last run of ballots, our Arapahoe County Clerk & Recorder team found this envelope placed in a 24hr drop box. Thanks little "voter" and we will be here in 15 years when you are ready for your grown-up ballot. 💜 #DemocracyTNG #PositivityAtThePolls

So proud that Tall Tales Ranch has fans like these to grow funding for their ranch to support adults with IDD City of Lone Tree across from RTD's RidgeGate Station! Thanks to all who support this non-profit, and to CBS Saturday Morning for sharing the story! youtube.com/watch?v=J7jCcP…

Some gorgeous artwork by Ratha Sok going up at the parking garage near RidgeGate Station, the future site of Larry L. Levin Park. We can't wait to see the finished piece!

*Three hours* if you count the time spent waiting at the platform and then travel home. I used to ride the E Line to work all the time and remember it being pretty darn punctual. Feels like a big roll of the dice these days.
