God knows what happens if we don't follow up with them. Customer service is really very bad. I'm sure they would have asked you for extra money as well.

Sir, the bigger scam is companies like Reliance Digital offering extended warranty. They don’t invest in setting up workshops or hiring technicians. They sell extended warranty at high prices and transfer all complaints to the brand.
