Well shit. That’s another friend lost to cancer, brain tumour this time. He kept it super quiet as he didn’t want people to make a fuss. Only found out he was ill when his partner announced his passing at the weekend 😢 never take life for granted.

Welp, it’s official, I’ll be spending August bank holiday weekend going for a VERY long run from Liverpool to Leeds along the canal 😂 I didn’t quite make 111 miles in one go last year, so 130 miles should be fine right? 😂
