If your athletes are cramping regularly then stop loading them with -Water -Sports drinks -Electrolytes ad nauseam and start looking at -Carbohydrate intake -Medications (adderall) -Magnesium -Fitness levels/workload -Sleep Fatigue is a big reason for cramping (look deeper)

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again If an athlete has NO PROBLEM playing their sport. Fatigue isn’t a factor & they are thriving & they can’t pass your conditioning test… The test probably makes zero sense & should be done away with
