I found a bug in some code (shocker, I know), but then found a workaround and was lazy about writing up an issue. Well, now I've run into what appears to be the same bug, where the workaround doesn't apply.

And today I couldn't hear anything or be heard in a zoom meeting because of powerwashing right outside my window. A little less fun of an excuse...

Was getting my flu shot today (late I know, but uncertainty around the booster and travel, both of which are settled now), and it seems getting the consistently painless Covid-19 injection (saying nothing about after effects, of course) has helped my dislike of needles.

Also, fun story: Me (after the shot): Do I need to sit in the lobby for 15 minutes? Nurse: Not with this one actually Me: Ah, I'm just used to that recently Nurse: Yeah, everyone is asking that now

People talk about naming being hard, but how about spelling? I just spent an extra half hour on a less than two hour task because I constantly misspelled a specific word and then had to go back and debug it...
