Decrypting HRV continues to be a mystery for me and my body. I feel fine but my HRV declined. Cannot find correlation. Some day AI will do this. Correlate what I eat, how I sleep, stress, travel, how I exercise and intelligently tell me what happened. Until then, it’s a mystery.

All systems go. ŌURA didn’t give me the 👑but expected given the hard workout so had and went to bed an hour later than normal Athlytic is all green. Today will be my first shoulder workout since I got my PRP. My shoulder still aches but this is normal I am told.

My Coach ⁦Athlytic⁩ says: This Effort was only 4.5% lower than your highest Effort of 5.84 for Swimming from 23 May 2025. ☠️☠️LOL 🤣🤣 And I felt that this had been the maximum🏊🏼‍♂️🏊🏼‍♂️ #swimming

Nothing unexpected here this morning. Slight increase in temperature is normal as the body pumps up its natural healing immune system. Lower HRV normal as it reflects burning off anesthesia, wound trauma, immune system kicking in, and meds like gabapentin.
