Every time we complete a coaching session on our athletes game film we are requiring that athlete to spend 30 mins to go over keys, read, situation awareness. It raises an athletes position IQ. You start to see the game differently. This is how the best players are formed.

Huge mistake we see with athletes is not keeping there hudl high lights up to date. Especially for D2 prospects it can be critical. And dont shrug your head and say you are not D2, the recruiting process is about options. You want every option you can get.

Training smart is one of the most under appreciated/utilized tactics. Weight training & condition are simple & everyone is doing it. That is a foundation. Working specifically on your deficiencies and improving in position specific ways will separate you from the rest.
