Fantastic ‘Safe a Life’ workshop last night for our academy, delivered by FA WALES & Achub Bywyd Cymru / Save a Life Cymru covering: basic life support, identifying a cardiac arrest and how to use a defibrillator. The players responded really well to the training and learnt some vital life skills! 💚
