The revised version of SCoPE2 biorxiv.org/content/10.110… has 3 major improvements: 1) SCoPE2 data for >1,000 single cells. No, the reviewers didn’t ask for it, but we thought it's a good way to characterize the reproducibility and throughput, much better than adjectives. 1/4

I’m delighted to share the first emmottlab preprint! In this paper we study protease activity in #SARSCOV2 infected cells. We found multiple unknown cleavage sites in viral proteins, and novel cellular targets of the viral proteases essential for virus replication.
