EPP invited us to a round-table discussion on media freedom. We asked what the party’s position is on the obligation to sanction Israel. The party member chairing the event immediately shut down the discussion and accused my colleague of disruption, with no sense of irony.

It's disappointing to come across these news just after our approval of European Commission College. Ursula von der Leyen push for European External Action Service - EEAS 🇪🇺 budget/personnel reform sheds light on her intention to hog whole #EU's Ext Action. The European Parliament has to be promptly informed about the situation.
