Access to menstrual health, privacy, and support is not a privilege, it’s a right. Every woman and girl deserves the ability to manage menstruation with dignity, free from stigma, shame, or barriers that limit education, work, or participation in society.

True independence is only possible when every voice is heard, every person is safe, and every community thrives. This Independence Day, we renew our hope for freedom with justice and dignity for all.

These are the kinds of stigma that menstruating women and girls face, both offline and online. Every time we treat menstruation like something to hide, we reinforce the shame that keeps girls from going to school, speaking up, or accessing care. Here’s how we can change that 👇🏾
