Does earlier return to school after concussion help with recovery? Children who returned to school earlier (<3 days post-injury) had less symptoms at 2 weeks post-injury. This was true even in children who had higher symptom scores initially. Chris Vaughan pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36662524/

Congratulations to Dr. Bushra Rizwan, a child and adolescent psychiatrist in the Psychiatric Mental Health Program, and Dr. Stacy Suskauer, Vice President of Pediatric Rehabilitation, on being selected by their peers as Top Doctors in the Baltimore magazine Top Docs recognition!
