@Evo2Me Producteev sync is no longer supported. You can use an old version weloveastrid.com/old or use Producteev's Android app.

@JasonNDemeter Not easily. You can do this: create a list, share it with someone, then you can create tasks one for you, one for them.

@JasonNDemeter In Android you can copy a task by long pressing on it. So you can more easily duplicate the task. Hope this helps!
