Our GIS team conducted city-wide metagenomic surveillance of food-centre microbiomes in Singapore to provide a detailed map of microbial (bacteria, archaea, fungi, viruses) as well as non-microbial DNA abundances across two timepoints. Read more in Dr Niranjan's post below:
